FIT FOOD 1 is a child-friendly resource made in a participatory way using drama, animation, humour and research activities to explore health eating, nutrition and physical activity. We ran video & design consultation workshops and there was a (pretend) celebrity chef who took the children through lots of activities which we filmed.

 
For FIT FOOD 2 we upped the ante, getting children from the first project to make media that could inspire their peers to improve their health, we created games so that pupils could monitor their progress and we ran INSET sessions so that teachers could learn about this media equipment and to look at how they could use it outside the scope of this particular project.
