We felt it may be the right time to highlight a film we made a couple of years ago as it’s a timely reminder of some of the difficult times people are going through, and it highlights ways that young people can cope with loss and bereavement. Bereavement support for young people is a film we made to highlight the service offered by St Giles Hospice in the West Midlands. The film was made with young people who had experienced loss, and they kindly – and bravely – share helpful tips and their perspectives. They made us proud by giving so much to the project and spent many evenings helping us develop the ideas that went into the film. They all appeared in the final films and also helped out behind the scenes.
