#ThanksToYou to National Lottery players

Rick & Julia Goldsmith, Co-Directors

We’d like to say a very big thank you to all of the National Lottery players out there and to National Lottery Heritage Fund for supporting Catcher Media’s heritage work over the past decade. We simply couldn’t have done it without you and we hope we’ve repaid your trust in us by serving up some high-quality heritage projects for the wider community.

On a personal level it’s meant that we’ve been able to connect much more with our own local community in Herefordshire, and to gain insights into the county that we wouldn’t have had the chance to do otherwise. We’ve had the chance to meet some lovely people and have been really wowed at how welcoming people have been – letting us into their lives, sharing their stories and volunteering with us. We even had a chance to meet glam rock star Noddy Holder (for ReDiscover) as he was keen to get involved in a heritage project about Bloxwich, the town he grew up in.

So a big thanks again to National Lottery players, the National Lottery Heritage Fund and our recent partners Herefordshire Council’s Archives, Libraries and Learning and Achievement Services. And here’s to more exciting projects!
