U&Me: HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS

U&Me is a film which explores healthy relationships and their importance to well-being. Looking at heterosexual and LGBTQ+ relationships, the drama tackles themes of consent, respect, toxic and healthy relationships and also peer-on-peer abuse in school. Two vloggers front the film to help young people navigate the red-flags and how to deal with difficulties in relationships.

U&Me has been designed with students from Grace Academy in Walsall, NHS Walsall Healthcare and educational professionals to trigger discussion about forming respectful and consentual relationships and treatment of peers in school.

The film is aimed at key stages 3 and 4 with full signposting information available on our health and well being website EasySRE. It has been successfully road-tested in schools and is designed to help teachers deliver their sessions with confidence.
